(Pink Sheets: MDIN) recently announced a deal that it signed with the N.I.R. Group, LLC.  This agreement will fund the new direction of the Med Gen Inc., manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz, snore relief throat spray and Good Nights Sleep.  The funding from the N.I.R. Group, Inc., where Corey Ribotsky is the Chairman and CEO, and its operations, will provide as much as $1.25 million dollars to Med Gen Inc.

The agreement includes an immediate cash infusion of $100,000 in two $50,000 payments and a $1.25 million dollar line of credit that the company can draw on monthly.
